You Deserve Care That Sees All of You

For many people who find their way here, the journey to this moment has not been simple. Perhaps you have tried approaches that helped for a while but didn’t last. Perhaps you are carrying something that feels difficult to name — a weariness, a restlessness, a quiet sense that there is more available to you than you have yet been able to access. Perhaps you are simply ready for something different.

Whatever has brought you here, you are welcome.

Dr. Meredith Aistrup offers a genuinely integrative approach to mental health and wellbeing one that honors the full complexity of who you are. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, she looks at the whole picture: the biological and the emotional, the physiological and the spiritual, the story your nervous system carries and the life you are trying to build. Through ketamine-assisted therapy, functional medicine, and whole-person care, she creates a space where real healing, the lasting kind, becomes possible.

What is Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT)?

Ketamine-assisted therapy is one of the most significant advances in mental health treatment in decades offering rapid, meaningful relief for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and treatment-resistant conditions that have not responded to conventional approaches. Unlike traditional antidepressants that can take weeks to work, ketamine acts within hours, promoting neuroplasticity and opening new pathways for healing. Dr. Aistrup combines the medicine with careful preparation and integration support creating a fully therapeutic experience, not just a procedure.

Who is this for?

For those living with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, burnout, or existential distress.

Practice Philosophy

Mental health is not a single thread but a living tapestry woven from the accumulated weight of past trauma, the acute pressures of daily life, the relentless demands of a society that prizes productivity over presence, and the most fundamental biological rhythms of how we eat, sleep, and move through the world. True mental wellness cannot be reduced to a diagnosis or treated with a single intervention, because suffering rarely has a single cause.

In my practice, I hold space for all of it; the nervous system shaped by early wounds, the mind exhausted by chronic stress, the body depleted by poor sleep and inflammation, the soul quietly aching for meaning and connection. I believe that lasting healing emerges not from suppressing what is difficult, but from moving toward it with curiosity and self-compassion, feeling our emotions rather than fleeing them, surrendering the illusion of control, and returning again and again to the wisdom of the present moment.

I am guided by the understanding that mental health is inseparable from physical health, from our relationships, from our sense of purpose, and from our willingness to live simply and attentively. When we reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with the natural world and when we discover our unique gifts and walk toward them something begins to heal that no prescription alone could ever touch.

This is the heart of my work: to meet each person exactly where they are, and to support the whole of who they are, on the path toward genuine and lasting wellbeing.
