The personal sessions

Most trainings teach ketamine from the outside. This one lets you feel it.

Understanding what ketamine does to the mind is different from reading about it. As part of this training, you have the option to participate in up to two personal ketamine sessions in a supported, ceremonial setting led by Dr. Aistrup.

This is where preparation, session, and integration stop being concepts. You leave understanding what your clients move through in a way no textbook can give you.

The personal sessions are optional. They are held in a small group, guided throughout, and offered with the same care Meredith brings to every client session. Most participants say this was the part they were most uncertain about and most grateful for.

About Ananda

Who is behind Ananda?

Ananda is led by Dr. Meredith Aistrup, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider based in Phoenix, Arizona. Over four years and hundreds of KAT sessions, plus thousands of medical clearances, Dr. Aistrup has built one of the most grounded KAT practices in the Southwest.

At Ananda we take a whole-person approach, meaning preparation, integration, and lifestyle are as central to treatment as the session itself. Ananda has guided patients through ketamine-assisted therapy, built lasting partnerships with therapists, and supported the clinicians bringing this work into their own practices.

Common Questions

Questions clinicians ask before enrolling.

No. The personal sessions are optional. You are encouraged to participate if you are open to it. Most past participants say it was the most meaningful part of the training. But it is entirely your choice, and you can decide once you arrive.

An active clinical license is required. The training is open to LCSWs, LPCs, MFTs, MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and NDs. Unlicensed individuals are not eligible to enroll.

Yes. You leave with clinical knowledge, practical tools, and a certificate of completion. If you are a non-prescribing clinician, you will also need a prescribing partner for medical clearance and the ketamine prescription. Ananda's therapist partnership program is designed to support exactly that.

You receive a 28.5-hour certificate of completion. CE credit approval is currently in progress. We will update this page as soon as it is confirmed.

Each cohort is limited to 10 participants. This keeps the training personal, the sessions intentional, and the space safe for everyone in the room.
